Don't Miss Church this Sunday, Fall Back this Weekend

Don't forget to turn back your clocks one hour before bed on Saturday night. Daylight Savings ends early Sunday morning at 2am. Enjoy that extra hour of sleep!

Flu Shots Available on Sunday!

9am-12:30pm November 3 in Spellman Hall
Stay healthy this flu season by getting your flu shot on Sunday. Representatives from Rite Aid will be offering flu shots to anyone interested. All you need is your insurance card for the free shot!

Children's Book Drive

Our preschool is collecting new or gently used children’s books for the Laundromat Library League in the West Chester area from November 4th- 22nd. This organization places library boxes full of books in laundromats as a way to get them into homes that may have few or none at all. They particularly need toddler board books. Collection bins located around the building. Questions? Contact Jackie Steinmetz.

Coat Drive Begins Sunday!

November 3-30
Do you have a new or gently used winter coat in the back of your closet that you don’t wear anymore but would be welcomed by someone who doesn’t have one at all? We are collecting men, women, and children’s coats in the sanctuary during the month of November. Please make sure the coats are clean and if possible on hangers. Peace & Global Witness Offering Thank You!

We are very grateful to everyone who contributed to our annual Peace & Global Witness Offering. Through your generous donations, we collected over $4,700! A portion of these funds will be donated to Angels Against Addiction, a local organization that fights addiction through awareness and education in memory of Nick Schivito. Thank you so much for your participation!

Sock It To Us Ends Next Week

The Outreach Team is collecting socks during October. Donate NEW socks that will be distributed to local Chester County homeless & disadvantaged children, women and men. Please place new socks in the bins around church. We've collected over 2,000 pairs each year for the past three years. Last Week for the Peace & Global Witness Offering

Homelessness Fact of the Week from The Home Team

Did you know that students experiencing homelessness are up to nine times more likely than their non-homeless peers to repeat a grade?

Safe Harbor Volunteers Needed in 2020

We're looking for volunteers to help bag lunches and deliver them to Safe Harbor in 2020. You would need to shop for supplies, assemble and deliver the bagged lunches. Click here to sign up. We're also looking for volunteers to prepare a dinner. Click here to signup. Dinners are prepared at home, and served to the women at the shelter. Taizé Worship on Saturday!

5:30 Saturday, October 5 in the Chapel
Traditionally our Taizé worship service is the first Sunday of the month. This month it will be on Saturday. Taizé worship includes various prayers, meditative readings of Scripture, an extended period of silence, and the sacrament of communion. Questions? Contact Jon Frost

This Sunday is Commitment Sunday!

Peace & Global Witness Offering

The Peace & Global Witness Offering is used to promote peace, justice, and reconciliation around the world. Please prayerfully consider how your financial support can provide the resources needed to transform areas of desperate need into communities of peace and healing. Donations to this special offering will be collected through the month of October.
