We strive to walk alongside youth as they continue to discover who they are, who they are becoming, and how much God loves them.
Sunday Night Youth Group
Youth gather on Sunday evenings for dinner, community, and discipleship in figuring out what it means to follow Jesus as teenagers. Each week...
- We connect acts of service to our neighbors and learning about issues of justice in our community and world.
- We engage in spiritual practices through creativity and the arts for youth to connect with each other, themselves, all creation, and God.
- We play and have fun together for the sake of connecting as a youth community and experiencing joy.
Youth Choir rehearsals are held on Sunday nights for youth interested in using their gift of music in the context of church worship. Youth Choir participants are also invited each week to join dinner and Youth Group each week.
First Series: Consider the Interconnectedness of God's Creation
September 17, 24, and October 1
This series will be an intergenerational workshop where we will learn about the interconnectedness of creation, the importance of pollinators, and the significance of soil, land and water. We have some experts in these areas coming to speak with us through demonstrations and hands on activities. Youth who participate will also gain some tools in how they and their families can be caretakers of creation in their backyard and neighborhoods.
