08/13/23 - Signs and Wonders: A Beginners Guide to the Miracles of Jesus

Time: 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM

Location: Spellman Jr & Zoom

Join us for our summer six-week preaching/teaching series which explores Signs and Wonders. In our Journey Class we'll learn about Signs and Wonders: A Beginner’s Guide to the Miracles of Jesus with Amy-Jill Levine, Professor of New Testament studies and Bible study author. We will explore selected miracles of Jesus in historical and theological context. For each miracle, we will discuss not only how past witnesses would have understood the events, but also how today’s readers can draw meaning from Jesus’s words and actions. Participants are encouraged to get a copy of the book to read through the study. All are welcome to join for any or all sessions as able, even without reading the book. Click here to attend via Zoom. Questions? Contact Jennie Clark.
