Doing some summer cleaning? We welcome your donations to the Westminster Thrift Shop. Our first cooking night in July went so well that we are going to host another one! All high schoolers are invited to cook a meal together at church – and of course, eat it together. It doesn’t matter if you know your way around a kitchen or you haven’t the slightest clue of what a whisk is. We’ll make some messes together, learn some things, and enjoy the delicious food that we prepare together before the school year starts. You can sign up by clicking this link. Questions? Contact Chris Clark.

  • Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

A small registration fee is required per project ($7.50 per child). Click here to register, the deadline is August 7 and is limited to 20 children.

This summer we are offering training for adults at Westminster to learn more about the experiences and realities of young people in the LGBTQ+ community. We recommend this training for parents, church volunteers, educators, or anyone connected with a young person at church or in your community. Participants will be equipped to better understand terms about gender identity and sexuality, statistics on mental health for LQBTQ+ young people, and how you can be a supportive ally. Click the date above to register for one of the three options. Questions? Contact Chris Clark.
