  • How Do I Reset My Password?

    1.  You Do Not Remember Your Password? Click this link, click on Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
    2. You Remember Your Password – You can change your Realm password at any time.
      1. Sign into your Realm account.
      2. Click your name in the upper-right corner and select My Account. You must log in again for security purposes.
      3. Enter your new current password, new password, and confirm.
      4. Password Requirements
        • Between 8 and 15 characters
        • Includes no part of your email address.
        • Includes no repeating characters such as aaa.
        • Includes none of the following: < > & ^ \ : % `
        • Includes no numeric or alphabetical sequences such as 12345 or abcde.
        • Also, no keyboard sequences such as asdfgh
      5. At the bottom, click Update.
  • Change Your Realm Account Email Login Address

    This changes only your login email. If you have an email on your profile page, it will be unaffected. Your profile page information is what others see (assuming your privacy settings do not prevent it). To change that email as well, you also need to update your contact information.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click your name in the upper-right corner and select My Account. You must log in again for security purposes.
    3. Click Update Account Email.
    4. Enter your new email address and confirm.
    5. Enter your current password.
    6. Click Save.
    7. Log in with your new account email.
  • How Do I Set Up An Account?

    We already created an account for you. For your privacy and security, please contact the church office or The Finance Office for help.

  • How Do I Make A One-Time Or Recurring Gift?

    Give from Your Profile

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving on the main menu.
    3. Click Give
    4. Enter your gift amount, then select the fund.
      • Complete the memo field if available and appropriate.
      • Click Another Fundto give more than once.
    1. Select a gift frequency.
      • Give Once – select a date to give a one-time gift.
      • Give Multiple Times – Select a frequency by which your gift will recur. If you set up a recurring online gift, you will receive an email confirmation on the date of each recurring gift.
    2. Click Continue
    3. Enter your payment method or select one that you have saved.
    4. Click Give – A confirmation message displays.
    5. Turn your one-time gift into a scheduled gift by selecting the check box and a frequency for the gift. Otherwise, click Finish.

    Give as a Guest

    You can contribute any amount from the church’s website. You can also schedule contributions to recur over time.

    1. Click the Giving link on the church website.
      • Enter your gift amount, then select the fund.
      • If the fund has the memo field enabled, complete this field to add a note.
    2. Click Another Fund to give more than once.
    3. Select a gift frequency.
      • Give Once — Select a date to give a one-time gift.
      • Multiple Times — you will receive an email confirmation on the date of each recurring gift.
    4. Enter your email address.
    5. Click Continue
    6. Enter your payment method.
    7. Optional: Select Save for future use if you ever need a staff member to edit or cancel a recurring gift on your behalf. This only displays if you previously selected to give once.
    8. Click Give — A confirmation message displays. The following steps are optional:
      • If you do not have a Realm login and want to create one, select the check box to create an account. You will only see this option if the Realm site does not require an invitation to create a login.
      • If you want to turn your one-time gift into a scheduled gift, select the check box and a frequency for the gift. This only displays if you previously selected to give once and saved your payment method for future use.
    9. Click Finish

    You can use your login to sign in at any time if you need to access your saved payment methods or for any other reason.

     

    Give Via Text Message Using Your Smartphone

      2. Click the link in the confirmation message to access the payment form.
      3. Complete the payment form and verify the amount and fund.
      4. When finished, click Give.
      5. You will receive a receipt by text and email.
  • How Do I Manage My Payment Methods?

    Add, update, or delete the credit card, debit card, or bank account information you use to make online contributions to your church. You can also view any messages about failed or delayed contributions.

    Edit a Payment Method
    Change a payment method you use for online contributions.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. In the column on the right, click Manage Payment Methods.
    4. To add a new payment method, click Add Payment MethodComplete the fields, then click Save.
    5. To update a payment type, click the ellipsis icon and select Edit Account.
    6. Make any necessary changes, then click Close.

    Delete a Payment Method
    Delete a payment method that you no longer use for online contributions.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. In the column on the right, click Manage Payment Methods.
    4. Click the ellipsis icon and select Delete Account.
    5. To confirm, click Delete.

    Note: If you have scheduled gifts assigned to this card or account, you cannot delete it until you reassign or cancel your upcoming payments. A message will guide you through that process.

  • How Can I View My Giving History, Obtain A Giving Statement, Print Year-End Tax Statement, or Track Pledges?

    View Your Giving Statement and Pledge Data

    This statement can include nondeductible gifts. It is available to you all year but is not an official tax statement. A button specifically for year-end taxes displays from February 1st to April 30th.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. If necessary, filter your contributions to get a list of the ones you want.

    Print Your Giving Statement and Pledge Data

    This statement can include nondeductible gifts and is not for tax filing. A button specifically for year-end taxes displays from February 1st to April 30th.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. If necessary, filter your contributions to get a list of the ones you want.
    4. Click the printer icon and print or download to .pdf. Pledge data displays at the bottom. 

    Print a Copy of Your Giving Statement for Year-End Taxes

    From February 1st to April 30th, you can print a copy of your giving statement. This statement does not include nondeductible gifts.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. Click Contribution Statement for the current year.
    4. Click Print. A preview of your statement displays.
    5. Click the printer icon for a physical copy or Download for a PDF.

    Track Your Pledges

    View your active pledges.

    1. Sign into your Realm account.
    2. Click Giving in the main menu.
    3. If you have active pledges, they display at the bottom of the page.
  • How Do I Give Above My Tithe To A Special Ministry?

    Follow the instructions for How to Make a One-Time or recurring gift. Add your note in the memo field, if available, or send an email to our The Finance Office.
