Our Kindergaten Enrichment Program is designed to give children an extended and unique experience over and above their regular Kindergarten academics.  One Kindergarten Enrichment Class would be held in the morning (9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) for those children attending an afternoon Kindergarten class at their local elementary school and one Kindergarten Enrichment Class would be held in the afternoon (12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m.) for those children attending a morning Kindergarten class at their local elementary school.  These Enrichment classes would be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Each class would include music, arts & crafts, cooking, science experiments, drama, chapel time, ‘in-house’ field trips and free play.


  • A $75.00 non-refundable Registration Fee ($35.00 for each younger sibling) is required with the Registration form. We will confirm receipt via e-mail, so be sure you include your e-mail address on your Registration Form.
  • Registration in the Kindergarten Enrichment program will be accepted on a first come-first served basis.
  • It is not necessary to know if your child is assigned to a morning or afternoon kindergarten class when you register.  You can provide this information to us as soon as you receive it from your child’s elementary school.
  • Tuition for this class is $180.00 per month.
  • Your child’s September tuition payment will be due by August 15, 2016.  NOTE:  The first tuition payment is non-refundable unless the program has insufficient children enrolled to begin in September.
  • Remaining tuition payments will be due on or before the first of each month beginning October1st and ending May 1st. 


  • Registration forms will be numbered as they are received and children will be placed in the appropriate class by number.
  • Those families making an annual commitment to the program will be registered first.
  • If you do not want to register your child for September, but would prefer to register at a later date, complete the Registration Form, indicate the month you would like your child to start, and return it to the Preschool without payment.  We will place your child on the waiting list and contact you only if there is a space available for your child at that time.  Your monthly payment will be prorated depending upon enrollment month.
  • A copy of your Registration Form will be mailed to you as confirmation of your child’s enrollment.
  • If we are unable to register your child, we will contact you by phone and return your check to you by mail.  Your child will be placed on the waiting list for the class.
  • Additional tuition payments of $180.00 will be due on or before the first of each month beginning October 1st and ending May 1st.  If the first day of the month falls on a weekend or during a school holiday, tuition payments are due by 3:30 p.m. the first day the Preschool is in session following the weekend or holiday whether the child comes to the program on that day or not.
  • If for any reason your check is returned for insufficient funds, a processing fee will be added to your account balance.
  • Westminster’s Preschool reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student at any time according to the best judgment of the school.
  • Parents may withdraw their child prior to the end of the school year for any reason.  In all cases of parental withdrawal, two weeks written notice shall be required, except in the case of serious illness or accident. You are responsible for making payment for the two (2) weeks between notification time and the actual withdrawal of your child.
